Upgrades happen in the match. Summons happen in the mall. Mixing those wallets is how a first hour goes wrong.
Two spends, two places
The official listing tells you to upgrade and evolve doodles. Footage splits the money:
- In the match, upgrades spend a cash-like resource. One drone-pilot upgrade showed a readout around 65. Treat that number as a single unverified HUD glance, not a price table.
- In the mall, summons spend a different wallet. Clips used crayon, chalk, glitter, chips, pencils, and stamps in overlapping sentences. The real HUD noun is not confirmed. Do not dump that wallet into banners until you have placed once.
Gears, feeding, and items were mentioned as unit boosts. Slot names are unpublished. Ignore Pencil Case and Dream Chamber text. That copy belongs to a different game.
Order that holds a lane
- Equip the kit in the mall before Create Party. Swap sniper, knight, berserker, or drone pilot there, not during a leak.
- Place coverage on the path. The camera is top-down. The hotbar does the placing. One PC session used E.
- Upgrade the doodle that can see zombies. A high-star portrait in the index does nothing until it is on the path.
- Keep one air answer if you own a sniper or a drone pilot. Footage lost a flying enemy to ground-only doodles.
- Open evolve when the HUD offers it, between waves. Do not guess materials. A drone-pilot evolution tease talked about a huge radius and no reload. That text is one unverified panel, not a finished kit.
What footage actually compared
| Doodle | How the clip used it | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Knight | Placed early and upgraded. Called strong once it was leveled. | Epic was a spoken label, not an official ladder. |
| Sniper | Long range, and the practical air answer in that match. Also a wave 1 chance. | Owning the chance line is not the same as owning the unit. |
| Drone pilot | Drones for air. Upgrade readout and an evolution tease. | Radius and reload claims are unverified. |
| Berserker | Melee, equipped over sniper in one kit. | The same clip both quoted a higher damage line and then called it worse than knight. Those lines are not averaged into a rank. |
| Bomber | Summoned after an Act 1 win. | Area role is inferred from the name and the pull, not from a stat card. |
A 4-star pull was called the best rarity in one lobby session. Stars are summon language. They are not a Brute clear and not an S-tier. Rank the path: if the 4-star cannot hit air, the sniper or drone pilot you already own may hold the lane better.
When evolve is a plan
The evolution panel in footage explained almost nothing. If it is blank aside from a promise, leave it and keep the lane. Guessing a material while a giant nameplate is on screen is how leaks start. Giant bosses such as the Brute want coverage you already upgraded. The first hour can stop at βthe doodle on the path is higher level than when you placed it.β
Next, prep the Brute and the horde types or open Acts, Boss Rush, and Draft.
